It has truly been frigid these past couple of days. Let’s rescue our animals from the ice. We have gotten in some outdoor time but we quickly lose steam with how cold the temperatures have been. We truly would choose to be outside all the time, so to bring in a sense of the outdoors, we have been doing cold indoor activities. Today, we are rescuing our animals from the ice!
I don’t know if anyone remembers doing this activity as a child but I specifically recall this outdoor activity in science class in middle school! With the use of special paper, we made leaf prints through a reaction to sunlight.
