Process Art is such a fun way to create art because the end result is not necessarily the goal of the art. Instead, the goal of process art is that the act of making the art is more relevant. So for toddlers and preschoolers this is such a fun way to create art. They do not need to feel the pressure to make something beautiful but instead to enjoy making art and crafts.
Today for our process art, we decided to paint with spaghetti! We made our own paintbrushes, we talked about what it might be like to paint with spaghetti. And of course my children wanted to experiment with spaghetti paintbrushes (spoiler: cooked or uncooked).
